By connecting your wallet, accessing the Site, or using the Protocol, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Protocol.
2. DISCLAIMER: Non-Custodial & No Financial Advice
2.1 Non-Custodial Interface MokZero is a decentralized interface (a "UI") that allows you to interact with smart contracts deployed on the blockchain.
We do not have custody of your assets.
We cannot access your private keys.
We cannot undo or reverse any transactions. You are solely responsible for the safety of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys.
2.2 No Financial Advice The information provided on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own due diligence ("DYOR") and consult with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.
3. Eligibility
By using MokZero, you represent and warrant that:
You are of legal age in your jurisdiction (usually 18+).
You are not a citizen or resident of, or located in, a geographic area that is subject to comprehensive US, UN, or EU sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Cuba).
You have not been previously suspended or banned from using our services.
4. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept that interacting with Web3 and blockchain technology involves significant risks:
Volatility: The price of crypto assets can fluctuate wildly. You may lose all value in your assets.
Smart Contract Risk: While we strive for security, smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits. We are not liable for funds lost due to protocol errors or hacking.
User Error: We are not responsible for losses caused by your errors, such as sending funds to the wrong address, forgetting your password, or losing your seed phrase.
Regulatory Risk: Blockchain regulations are evolving. Changes in law or regulations may adversely affect the use, transfer, or value of your assets.
5. Prohibited Activities
Although we do not collect KYC data, you agree not to use the Site or Protocol for:
Illegal Activity: Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or violating international sanctions.
Market Manipulation: Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, or any deceptive trading practices.
Botting/Spamming: Using automated scripts to spam the network or overload our infrastructure (DDoS).
IP Infringement: Reverse engineering the Site or violating our intellectual property rights.

MokZero Content: The MokZero logo, brand, and website design are proprietary to us. You may not copy or use them without our express written permission.
Open Source: Certain underlying smart contract code may be available under open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL). In the event of a conflict, the specific open-source license governs the use of that code.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: MokZero, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Service interruptions or system failures.
The cost of substitute services.
Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the use of the services is limited to $100 USD.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MokZero and its team from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or Protocol.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Class Action Waiver You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
